Like many other people, Kym's first experience to Yoga was on the advice of a friend. It was a Bikram Yoga class. The combination of the heat, concentration of the mind and the movement of the breath drew her in. After years of aerobics, figure skating and running, she realized that Yoga was what she was searching for. That was 10 years ago.
