About Jayna

Jayna has been teaching for the past two years and practicing yoga for half her life. During the summer she works to raise money for charity through Yoga in the Park and during the winter teaches her hatha/yin style classes at Algonquin college, Preston Yoga and local community centers. She's always looking for opportunities to spread her passion for yoga and enjoys the opportunity to assess people privately and set up programs specifically for them to help promote practicing yoga independently.
